I'm a licensed Naturopathic and Functional Medicine Doctor with nearly 20 years of clinical experience - but those labels no longer fully describe what I do. Over the years, I've walked through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and disconnection myself. And what I've come to know - through both study and lived experience - is that true healing doesn't come from suppressing symptoms or following perfect protocols.It comes from returning to your body, your breath, and your truth.My approach integrates science and spirit: bioenergetics, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, quantum biology, spiritual inquiry, and the timeless principles of nature.
